How To Apply To The King William Fair:
We invite you to apply and have your work reviewed and evaluated for presentation at our Fair.Openings for new artists are available in every media each year. Please read through the information below. We are eager to see your entries! Don’t delay, the festival fills up fast … apply today!
APPLICATION
a. Go to www.zapplication.org and set up your artist account, if you do not already have one.

REQUIREMENTS
- Images: 4 (3 shots showing a variety of price point products and 1 booth shot required)
- Non-refundable Application Fee: $25.00
- No buy and sell allowed
- Artist must be present at the show
IMPORTANT TIME/DATE INFORMATION
- Application Available on Zapplication: October 1, 2011
- Applications Deadline: January 29, 2012
- Exhibitor Notification: February 7, 2012
FEES
- Non-refundable Application: $25.00
- Standard Booth: $235.00
- Corner Booth: $350.00
- 110V Electrical Power (optional): $175.00
- Liability Insurance (optional): $90.00 for the first booth and $65.00 for each additional booth
- Pre-packaged Food: $35.00 to cover Health Department inspection
- Insufficient Funds: $25 for any returned check
STANDARDS AND POLICIES
The King William Fair is open only to individual artists/exhibitors directly involved in the design and creation of the work they exhibit. No mass production work allowed.
All work must be original and made by hand – fabricated forms, kits, patterns or commercial product, regardless of modification or enhancement, will not be accepted.
Artists must be present during the event and must personally staff their booth. No dealers, agents or representatives will be permitted.
Participation in previous King William Fairs does NOT necessarily guarantee acceptance for the 2012 Fair. Inquiries questioning or disputing the committee’s decisions will not be accepted. Committee decisions are final.
