You are NOT required to submit payment, proof of vehicle insurance, or individual signed waivers with your application. If your application is accepted, you will receive an email invoice with instructions to pay the fees and a request for proof of vehicle insurance (if applicable) and signed waivers. We will send notification of acceptance or rejection by email on February 23, 2018.
Proof of Vehicle Insurance (valid through April 28, 2018, for each vehicle)
Application Processing Fee (online payment or check made payable to “King William Fair”):
$25 for residents of King William and Lavaca
$50 for non-residents
Optional: One-day “User Policy” Liability Insurance Fee
Vehicles and Equestrian Units MUST provide or purchase current liability insurance listing the King William Association and The Fiesta Commission as additional named insured.)
$52 (optional) for walking units
$160 (required) for vehicle units
$135 (required) for equestrian units
Payment instructions will be sent with your notice of acceptance on February 23, 2018.
The King William Fair and Parade go on rain or shine. The Fair is not responsible for goods damaged due to inclement weather.
Your application is a commitment to participate in the 2018 King William Fair Parade. If a written or emailed notice of cancellation is received on or before March 30, 2018, we will refund your application fee and 50% of any insurance fees. After March 30, 2018, we will not refund any fees, even if we cancel the event.
