A copy of your valid TABC Winery Festival Permit must be submitted to the King William Fair prior to event day.

The King William Fair, a major Fiesta® San Antonio event since 1968, draws over 35,000 attendees. The Texas Wine Garden is a recent and loved addition to our five major components of this event. The Fair includes Art & Craft exhibitors, Food Vendors, Beverage Stations, a 1.5-mile Parade route, entertainment and Kid's Kingdom, which combine to create a truly unique family event. Proceeds from the King William Fair support fine art instructional programs in neighborhood schools, fund college scholarships for local students, and create revitalization and preservation efforts in the King William Historic District.

All wines featured must be made in the state of Texas. Vendors may sell glasses (in plastic containers only) and bottles.

Parking: Due to construction and increased parking fees from local businesses, the King William Fair may not be able to offer free parking permits this year to vendors. We are exploring the option of pre-purchasing parking spaces (one vehicle per vendor) and invoicing interested vendors once confirmed. The cost is estimated at around $30 but may be slightly less or more. If we are unable to secure free parking, you will have the option to pre-purchase parking in the application process.
