Volunteer at the 2026 King William Fair! Volunteers make the Fair possible! Whether you volunteer as an individual or a group - we have several opportunities for you to be part of the Fiesta Fun! Volunteer times range from early morning set up, afternoon, and post fair tear down.
All volunteers will receive free Admission to the King William Fair. Only nonprofit partners will need to attend a formal training/required meeting. Once you sign up for a volunteer position, you will receive more instructions/details about your volunteer duties!
Three days to choose from! Volunteer opportunities are:
Friday, April 24 4 - 9 p.m.
Saturday, April 25 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday, April 26 8 - 10 a.m.

Admission Gate Greeters
Art & Craft Booth Sitters
Compliance Team Members
Parade
Check-In: Art & Craft, Food, Volunteers
Secret Garden Party (VIP)
Admission & Ticket Booth Line Workers
Merch Booth
Set Up
