This application is for service providers, groups sponsoring specific activities, activity vendors, and others who may not fit into our other categories. Please complete the application and click submit. Your application will be acknowledged and you will be notified no later than February 9, 2024, regarding your request for Sepcial Exhibitor space. You will NOT be required to pay at this time. However, if approved, you will receive an invoice email with instructions to pay the fees.

Exhibitors will be sent an invoice via email. Deadline for payment is March 8, 2024.
You must provide the King William Fair with proof of insurance. Certificates of Insurance MUST list the following as additional insured:

If you do not have insurance you may purchase a one-day user policy for $100.
1. Deadline for application is January 19, 2024.
2. Contracts will be emailed to you by February 16, 2024.
3. Proof of insurance identifying the King William Association and the Fiesta Commissions as additional named insureds is due by March 8, 2024. You may email the Certificate of Insurance to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail it to King William Fair / Special Exhibitors, 122 Madison Street, San Antonio, TX 78204.
4. Payment is due March 8, 2024. Instructions will be sent to pay online with your contract. Checks can be made out to "King William Fair" and delivered to King William Fair / Food, 122 Madison Street, San Antonio, TX 78204.
5. Special Exhibitor Packets will be ready for pick up no later than April 8, 2024.
