Be A Texas Wine Garden Vendor

The King William Fair, a major Fiesta® San Antonio event since 1968, draws over 35,000 attendees. The Texas Wine Garden is a recent and loved addition to our five major components of this event. The Fair includes Art & Craft exhibitors, Food Vendors, Beverage Stations, a 1.5-mile Parade route, entertainment and Kid's Kingdom, which combine to create a truly unique family event. Proceeds from the King William Fair support fine art instructional programs in neighborhood schools, fund college scholarships for local students, and create revitalization and preservation efforts in the King William Historic District.

All wines featured must be made in the state of Texas. Vendors may sell glasses (in plastic containers only) and bottles.

Important Dates & Deadlines

  • February 5, 2024 – Deadline for Applications
  • February 12, 2024 – Notification of Acceptance
  • February 20, 2024 – Deadline to Accept
  • February 26, 2024 – Contract & Invoices Emailed
  • March 11, 2024 – Deadline for Payment & Proof of Insurance
  • March 25, 2024 – Deadline for Cancellation & Full Refund
  • April 2, 2024 – TABC Permits Due

Fees & Required Documents

FEES
  • $200 Booth Space Fee (10' x 10')
POST-EVENT GROSS SALES FEES
A 10% fee will be subtracted from your Gross Sales.

TABC WINERY FESTIVAL PERMIT
A copy of your valid TABC Winery Festival Permit must be submitted to the King William Fair prior to event day.
