Be a Kid's Kingdom Vendor

The King William Fair, a major Fiesta® San Antonio event since 1968, draws approximately 35,000 attendees. The Kid's Kingdom, in cooperation with the Mission Trail Rotary Club, is one of the five equally important components of this event. The Fair includes Art & Craft exhibitors, Food Vendors, Beverage Stations, a 2-mile Parade route, 5 stages of entertainment and the Kid's Kingdom, which combine to create a truly unique family event. Proceeds from the King William Fair support fine art instructional programs in neighborhood schools, fund college scholarships for local students, and create revitalization and preservation efforts in the King William Historic District.

Kid's Kingdom vendors provide entertaining and interactive rides, games, and creative experiences for children.

January 20, 2023 – Notification of Acceptance
February 10, 2023 – Deadline to Accept
February 17, 2023 – Contract & Invoices Emailed
March 3, 2023 – Deadline for Payment & Proof of Insurance
March 10, 2023 – Deadline for Cancellation & Full Refund

Fees & Required Documents

You are NOT required to submit payment, proof of insurance, or individual signed waivers with your application. If your application is accepted, you will receive an email invoice with instructions to pay the fees and a request for proof of insurance (if applicable) and signed waivers.

Copy of TDI Form, AR-101 (Texas Amusement Ride Compliance Sticker)
Color photo(s) of your activity/equipment
A Texas Amusement Ride Compliance Sticker must be displayed on motorized amusements. A state inspector will check all amusements and rides for compliance.
