Thank you for applying to be a vendor for the Texas Wine Garden for the 2023 King William Fair!
Applications are limited exclusively to Texas wines.
You will NOT be required to pay at this time. However, if approved, you will receive an invoice email with instructions to pay the fees.
Vendor fees are $300 for a 10' x 10' space.
(Optional) One day user policy insurance is $100.
Space for the Texas Wine Garden is limited with preference given to returning vendors.
The KWA will provide you with a food permit and map for garbage/recycling.
You may sell tastings, cups and bottles.
Vendors are not considered accepted until payment has been made in full, proof of insurance has been provided, and a signed MOU has been submitted to the KWA.
1. Deadline for application is January 13, 2023.
2. Contracts will be emailed to you by February 17, 2023.
3. Proof of insurance identifying the King William Association and the Fiesta Commissions as additional named insureds is due by March 10, 2023. You may email the Certificate of Insurance to email@example.com or mail it to King William Fair / Texas Wine Garden, 122 Madison Street, San Antonio, TX 78204.
4. Payment is due March 10, 2023. Instructions will be sent to pay online with your contract. Checks can be made out to "King William Fair" and delivered to King William Fair / Texas Wine Garden, 122 Madison Street, San Antonio, TX 78204.
5. Deadline to withdraw and receive a full refund is March 24, 2023.
6. Packets will be ready March 24, 2023.
