The King William Fair is a rain or shine event.
All King William Fair patrons/participants and their belongings are subject to search. Confiscated items will not be returned.
We do not sell or give away information about you or others.
Your attendance gives the King William Association permission to display photos taken of you at this event on our website and in promotional materials.
NO REFUNDS on Admission or Tickets.
NO RETURNS on any items paid for.
NO COOLERS, GLASS CONTAINERS, TENTS, CANOPIES, OR LARGE UMBRELLAS may be brought into the Fair Zone.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES may be brought into the Fair Zone.
NO SMOKING in all public areas within the Fair Zone.
NO OUTSIDE SOLICITATION of handouts, flyers or signs is allowed within the Fair Zone; this applies to personal, commercial and political materials.
NO CONFETTI CANNONS allowed within the Fair Zone.
NO WEAPONS, concealed or open carry, allowed within the Fair Zone.
DOGS must be on a leash and handled by a responsible adult.
WE ID EVERYONE for alcoholic beverage purchases.
