The King William Fair features the best San Antonio area entertainers: musicians, poets, dancers, historical reenactors, magicians, performance and interactive artists, and more! We have 5 stages, a variety of roving and street performer locations, an Artists Alley art demo tent, and other programming locations throughout the Fair Zone.
If you would like to be considered as entertainment for the 2023 King William Fair on April 29, please review the policies and procedures prior to completing the application.
Applications without a live video performance will not be considered.
Please be aware The King William Fair has very few slots open for new performers, but we'd love to receive an application from you if you have a memorable and quality performance to share with our 35,000+ Fairgoers! This is a curated entertainment roster. Competition for slots is extremely competitive and we do have a wait list of 1st call performers. However. we do get a rare cancellation from time to time that our wait list cannot fulfill and have a need for occasional specialty acts.
