Important Dates
1. Deadline for application is January 30, 2024.
2. Proof of insurance identifying the King William Association, the Fiesta San Antonio Commission, and Mission Trail Rotary Club as additional named insured is due by March 8, 2024. You may email the Certificate of Insurance to angela@kwfair.org or mail it to King William Fair / Kid's Kingdom, 122 Madison Street, San Antonio, TX 78204.
3. Payment is due March 8, 2024. Instructions will be sent to pay online with your contract. Checks can be made out to "King William Fair" and delivered to King William Fair, Attention Kids Kingdom, 122 Madison Street, San Antonio, TX 78204.
4. Packets will be ready for pickup April 8, 2024.
